Available with Teflon® stopcocks, the Barrett type modification of the Dean-Stark distilling receiver is commonly used in the determination of water in petroleum or bituminous products. The stopcock bore for all sizes is 2 mm. This style receiver is used in the Barrett method B-2 and is optional for use in ASTM Standard Method D-95. (ASTM D-95; Barrett B-2)
