•Wide Range Standard agarose is suitable for most applications with a range of 200 bp-10 kb and a resolution of 20-1000 bp.
•High Resolution agarose is suitable for small fragment Resolution with a range of 10-1000 bp and a resolution of 2-20 bp.
•Recovery/Low Melt agarose is suitable for DNA Recovery and In-Gel Reactions with a range of 200 bp-10 kb and a resolution of 20-1000 bp

*EEO refers to a process called electroendosmosis, which is a measure of the counterflow of negative ions, mostly sulfates. This occurs during electrophoresis. The counter flow can disrupt the separation process and distort band patterns. Therefore, a low EEO agarose is usually desirable for most separation protocols. All agaroses listed are low EEO.
