Graduated rugged tubes designed to withstand the stress of high speed centrifugation. Chemically resistant polypropylene with snug fitting, attached cap. Tubes are therefore prevented from opening during centrifugation, boiling, storing, freezing and shipping. One-piece construction with reinforced tube bottom for added protection against leakage. Tubes are autoclavable to 121°C. Pierceable lid. Capacity: 1.5 ml.

All 1.5 ml SIMPORT microcentrifuge tubes offer a CLIKLOK® seal especially designed to reduce popping where freezing, boiling, storing or shipping is required. This superior quality CLIKLOK® system works in two stages:
1. If spinning is to be done, only a slight push of the cap over the tube is required.
2. For optimum seal, further pressure on the cap snaps it in more tightly, and assures an optimum seal.
