• Measure % Brix with the Pen-Pro or Urine Specific Gravity (USG) with the Pen-Urine SG.
• Rinse off sample by simply running water on the prism.
• Once the start key is pressed, meter will take continuous measurements – great for measuring heterogeneous samples, several readings of the same sample or measuring many different samples.
• Hold the start button to “lock” the last reading on the screen and stop continuous measurement.
• Easily calibrateable using only water.
