Electrophoresis Fixing Trays

Convenient setup for draining fixing solution and then placing filter paper on top of the gel. Also useful in electrophoresis gel de-staining. Made of polyethylene, these trays are 1/4” thick. Five square ridges running lengthwise in the bottom raise the gel and plates to facilitate their removal. With drain stopcock and 6 ft of 0.5” I.D. Vikem® vinyl tubing (included) for controlled drainage without disturbing the gel.
