• Compact models (#250-705-02, -04 and -06) can accommodate 4 x 100 ml, 6 x 85 ml, 16 x 15 ml conical tubes or 30 microcentrifuge tubes. Large capacity models (#250-705-12, -14 and -16) can accommodate up to 4 x 400 ml, 16 microplates, 48 x 15 ml or 20 x 50 ml conical tubes.
• Adjustable speed from 200 to 14,000 rpm in 10 rpm increments (20,800 x g).
• Different rotor options allow maximum versatility: Swing bucket rotors accommodate tubes and bottles from 0.2 ml to 400 ml; plate rotors hold microtiter plates, PCR plates, cell culture and deep-well plates; fixed angle rotors accommodate tubes from 0.2 ml to 85 ml.
• Digital display is easy-to-read. Simple operation and easy programming of time, speed, g-force and temperature.
• “At set RPM” mode starts timer when set speed is reached for maximum reproducibility.
• Saves up to 35 user-defined programs.
• Short spin button can be set to desired speed.
• Ten different acceleration and braking ramps to protect delicate samples.
• Safety features include automatic rotor recognition with speed limitation and automatic imbalance detection.
• Refrigerated models also feature temperature range from -9 to 40°C and maintain constant 4°C temperature even at maximum speed (except with 6 x 85 ml rotor when 9°C is maintained at max. speed). FastTemp™ function for fast pre-cooling (15 min.) and maximum temperature accuracy. Standby cooling maintains temperature when centrifuge is not in use. ECO shut-off engages after 8 hours of non-use to reduce energy consumption and extend compressor life. A built-in condensation drain eliminates water accumulation and prevents corrosion.
• Timer: 30 seconds to 99 minutes or continuous.
• Low access height for easy loading and unloading of rotors.
• For operation in very warm climates or for long centrifugation runs, the 20 amp version provides improved cooling performance. The 20 amp models require a special outlet.
• Quiet operation, <65 dB.
• Rotors are sold separately.
• Power: 120 volt. Refrigerated models are 1650 watts. CSA Approved.
• Warranty: 2 years.

* For use with #250-705-12, -14 and -16 only.
