Gene Choice® Nucleotides

These nucleotides are ready-to-use and are a molecular-grade dNTP mix containing all four dNTPs at a concentration of 12.5 mM (pH 7.0). Reduces the possibility of contamination by reducing pipetting. Functionally tested with thermostable polymerases. Total concentration of nucleotides is 50 mM and 1 ml is sufficient for 1000 PCR reactions. High purity greater than 99% by HPLC. Stable at -20°C in a constant temperature freezer. Avoid repeated freezing/thawing. For long-term use, aliquoting is recommended.
