- LED display shows temperature, speed and time simultaneously.
- Shaking motion from 100 to 1200 rpm with a 3 mm orbit, for microplates, deep-well plates or microtubes.
- Heats up to 65°C in 1°C increments with ±0.5°C uniformity at 37°C.
- Temperature calibration mode allows user to calibrate unit to an external temperature device.
- Timer, from 1 second to 160 hours, will display elapsed time or when programmed, will alarm and then shut off when time reaches zero.
- Safety features include a ramping feature that slowly increases speed to avoid splashing, overload protection, ‘hot’ indicator symbol that illuminates when incubator temperature reaches 40°C and a polycarbonate lid that stops shaker when opened.
