Designed for continuous operation to 1200°C and feature an integral controller in a single space-saving cabinet. Moldatherm® ceramic fiber insulation provides fast heat-up and response, as well as exceptional chamber uniformity. Recessed into insulation, LGO® heating element greatly increases heat transfer. Contaminant removal is made possible by adjustable vent port on top of chamber. The 1” diameter air vent on top and 3/8” diameter air inlet on rear of unit allow injection of inert gas atmospheres. Removable shelves maximize usable chamber work area. When door is opened, interlock safety feature disconnects power to elements.
Cat. no. 521-840-02 to 521-840-16 have vertical lift doors, while all other models have side swing doors.
Models are available with a choice of digital single setpoint, digital single program, or digital multiple program controllers. Single program units have 16 segments, for ramp (up and down) and dwell (timed hold) temperature control. Multiple program units feature 30 programs and 300 segments. Gas flowmeter is available on certain models. All models have simultaneous LED display of actual and setpoint temperature in either °C or °F. 208/240V, 50/60 Hz. One year warranty.
