- Precise horizontal laminar airflow is obtained through a high-quality HEPA filter installed in the rear baffle of the cabinet.
- Air is forced through the HEPA filter and then enters the chamber through a diffuser that distributes clean Class 100/ISO 5 particle-free clean-air over the entire work surface.
