Cast bubble-free gels in under 3 minutes. A capillary action draws gel between the plates. Surface tension keeps the gel from leaking. No taping or special assembly is required. System is fully adjustable to accommodate glass plates from 20 to 42 cm wide and two lengths 48 or 65.5 cm.

Complete system includes an adjustable casting platform, width adjustment knobs and 12 tempered steel binder clamps.
