Place a reflecting mark on the object to be measured, point the integral light beam, and get an accurate reading updated every second. Built-in memory recalls last maximum/minimum value stored. Clear, large 5-digit LCD display is easily read. Autoranging function selects 5 to 9999 or 10,000 to 99,990 range. One second response time within standard distance of 2"" to 6"" (50 to 150 mm), with response time to 2 seconds at greater distances. Proper direction of the light beam is indicated by a panel light which flashes with each passage of the reflecting mark through the light beam.
