Combination puncture tip electrode is specially designed and made with a spear-shaped glass sensing end. This end is particularly good for pH determination of solid and semi-solid samples. Electrode can be used for direct measurement without prior sample preparation. In certain applications such as leather, fruit, cheese and meat, simply plunge the electrode into the sample for measurement. Only 0.4"" is required for insertion. Electrode is constructed with an annular reference junction, which is concentric with the pH spear.
