Refractive Index Refractometer

Atago’s PAL-RI hand-held pocket refractometer measures refractive index to the fourth decimal place. It displays RI and temperature using a scrolling digital readout. Calibration takes only three seconds and can be done under tap water. Water resistant and weighs only 100 g. Used in the cutting oil industry, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food analysis. The optional carrying case features durable nylon sheeting on the outside and soft padding on the inside. Case has a heavy-duty steel belt clip and leather backing. The cover is designed to specifically protect the prism and sample stage.
