Super-Polyfoil^® resists tearing and puncture, provides sterility protection, is autoclave proof, and provides a chemically inert barrier. It may be used to cover vessels for autoclaving, incubating and for storing cell culture solutions, chemical solutions and laboratory implements. The polyester complies with the FDA regulations governing direct food contact applications. A blue thermoplastic polyester layer is laminated to 1 mil aluminum foil.
