Teledyne LABS SyriXus 500xv High-Viscosity Syringe Pump

The SyriXus 500xv is the high-viscosity version of the Teledyne LABS (formerly Teledyne ISCO) 500x syringe pump. Two 3/8 in ports angled at 45° reduce restriction inside the pump, so thick fluids, slurries and column-packing material move with precise, pulse-free flow at pressures up to 5,000 psi (345 bar).

Control

The 500xv is a pump module and runs from a SyriXus controller, sold separately. One controller operates up to four pumps, independently or together. A LabVIEW driver is available for remote control.

Continuous flow

Pair two 500xv pumps with the SyriXus 500xv Dual Air Valve for uninterrupted delivery: one pump delivers while the other refills, giving continuous flow from 0.001 to 132 mL/min.
