• Serrated ring extends slightly beyond the lid and significantly improves handling by the base, preventing accidental drops.
• Molded spacers between the lid and base allow for consistent gas exchange and stacking rings add stability when handling tall stacks of dishes.
• Simplifies separation of the lid from the base.
• Numerical clock locators (3, 6, 9, 12) molded into the base easily divide the dish into quadrants.
