Zetex gloves replace asbestos. This Zetex fabric is flame-resistant, and withstands molten metal better than asbestos. Impervious to moisture, alkalies, acids, and solvents (except hydrofluoric or hot phosphoric acids). Fabric is more durable than asbestos and has a high dielectric strength. Can withstand temperatures up to 1100°F. Other styles are available for higher temperature applications.
