*MT Format Combs — These are microtiter format combs. The teeth in these combs are spaced at 9 mm or 4.5 mm centre-to-centre distances so that the wells formed will be compatible with 8 channel and 12 channel pipettors, which have tips fixed at 9 mm apart.
