Automatic Acidity Test

To determine the acidity of cream, milk, and other dairy products. Buret comes with a stopcock, has a Teflon plug, is graduated from 0 to 1%, and gives readings directly in percentage of acidity. A paper slip is contained within the stirring rod provided. This paper slip has two bands of different shades of pink which helps in determining when the right amount of neutralizer has been added. Apparatus is complete with filling tube assembly, rubber bulb, buret, reservoir, cup, stirring rod, neutralizer, and 9 ml pipet.
