Food Allergen ELISA Kit Ⅱ

Food Allergen ELISA Kit Ⅱ is a line of quantitative sandwich ELISA assays from Morinaga BioScience for measuring specific allergen proteins in raw and processed food. Each kit uses a common, non-hazardous extraction solution and procedure, and delivers results in under 2 hours (excluding sample preparation and extraction).

The line covers 14 allergens, including egg, milk (casein, beta-lactoglobulin, total milk), wheat/gluten, soy, peanut, tree nuts (hazelnut, walnut, almond, cashew), sesame, buckwheat, and crustacean. Sensitivity ranges from as low as 0.16 ppm (hazelnut, sesame) to 0.31 ppm depending on the allergen, with assay ranges up to 20 ppm.
