Cast aluminum top plate, 3.5"" in diameter. Nickel-chromium heating element, embedded in special heat-conducting refractory material for maximum protection. Stepless thermostatic control permits temperature selection (ambient +10° to 700°F). Dial the temperature you want. Rugged enough to withstand hard, continuous use. Perforated stainless steel case.
