These ovens have maximum temperature of 220°C. They feature hydraulic thermostat temperature control with built-in over-temperature protection. Temperature is displayed on dial thermometer in oven chamber. Radiant warm wall heating provides uniformity, while the 3” insulation prevents heat loss. Silicone door gasket and positive latch door maintains seal at all vacuum levels from 2 to 30 in. Hg. Vacuum fittings take 1/4” I.D. tubing. Features enamel-finished heavy gauge steel exterior construction with stainless steel chamber interior. Includes 2 removable aluminum shelves. 120 volt. 24 month warranty.
