OHAUS Digital Dry Block Heaters

• Heats up to 120°C with ±0.1°C stability. Also has ±0.1°C uniformity within the block.
• Accepts interchangeable modular blocks and accommodates various tube sizes from 0.2 ml microtubes to 50 ml centrifuge tubes.
• Integral support rod holder with locking knob accepts optional external temperature probe kit.
• Each block has a thermometer well for measuring block temperature.
• LED display shows temperature (set-point and actual) and time simultaneously.
• Temperature calibration mode allows user to calibrate unit to an external temperature device.
• Timer displays elapsed time or when programmed, will alarm and then shut off when time reaches zero. Alarm also sounds when the set temperature is reached.
• Overshoot protection shuts the heater off if the set temperature is exceeded by 10°C.
• ‘Hot’ indicator symbol is illuminated when the temperature is above 40°C.

External Probe Kit:

• Enables the Digital Dry Block Heaters to read the actual block or sample temperature and display that temperature on the control panel.
• Includes a stainless steel RTD probe, 18” stainless steel support rod, thermometer/temperature probe extension clamp and hook connector.
• RTD probe is designed to fit perfectly into the thermometer well of each modular block.
