Poultry Rinse Bags

These sterile sample bags are designed to hold chickens and smaller birds for the poultry rinse procedure to test for E. coli. When sampling a bird, add the prescribed amount of Butterfield’s phosphate diluent to the bag. Place the bird in the bag, twist and hold the bag shut, and shake the bag to thoroughly rinse the bird. Draw off the required amount of liquid for testing.
