Programmable Chilling/Heating Dry Bath

Chill or heat biological samples from -10 to 100°C, even at ambient! Five-program memory (10 steps per progam) and temperature ramping at exact rates. This Chilling/Heating Plate is so compact, it’s portable from the lab out to the field. Digital settings and the PID controller keep your sample at the desired temperature with an accuracy of ±1°C. The two-line digital display shows the target and actual temperatures so you can always see where your sample is at. Energy efficient electronic Peltier design. A countdown timer (up to 30 days) with alarm and user settable auto-off suits a variety of applications, especially those involving molecular biology techniques.

Calibration is factory set, but is also electronically settable by the user in the field to any local standard. Now you know your results can be trusted. Capture your results with the built-in datalogger that can collect 7825 data points at 1 second, 1 minute or 5 minute intervals. Stored readings can be downloaded through the bi-directional RS232 port. The chilling/heating surface is 7.3 x 11.1 cm. Custom aluminum blocks are also available. Blocks must be ordered separately.
