Cat. # 769-800-02 detects alpha, beta, gamma, and x-ray radiation without any special probes. The meter scale reads in mR/hr or counts per minute (cpm). Energy Response is refered to Cesium 137. To order a meter with µSv/hr and mR/hr scale use Cat. # 769-800-20.

Cat. # 769-800-04 is energy-compensated. It also detects alpha, beta, gamma, and x-ray radiation, but with greater accuracy. The meter scale reads in either mR/hr or cpm. Energy Response is refered to Cesium 137. To order a meter with µSv/hr and mR/hr scale use Cat. # 769-800-22.

Cat. # 769-800-06 detects gamma and x-ray radiation up to 1000 mR/hr over 4 selectable ranges. Energy Response is refered to Cesium 137.

Built-in audible and visible alarms beep and flash with increasing intensity as radiation levels rise. The audible alarm can be turned off on all models except 769-800-06. To prevent saturation, all detectors feature antisaturation circuitry effective to at least 100 times the maximum reading in the highest (x 100) range. All models come with a padded carrying case.
