Rapid Test Easy

Rapid Test Easy is the simplest qualitative lateral flow format, designed for testing environmental samples — surface swabs and rinse water — rather than food itself. There is no extraction step: results are available in 10 minutes with a two-piece test kit.

The line covers 8 allergens, including egg (ovomucoid), casein, gluten, buckwheat, peanut, soy, crustacean, and sesame, with detection thresholds around 0.5 ppm. The extract from a single swab or rinse sample can be split across multiple Rapid Test Easy kits to screen for several allergens at once.
