• Brushless motor is maintenance-free, quiet during operation, and fast in accelerating and decelerating the rotor.
• Variable speed control from 1000 rpm (85 x g) to 14,000 rpm (16, 000 x g).
• Samples are kept at a constant temperature, even during prolonged runs at maximum speed, due to a unique ducting system that supplies a continuous flow of ambient air to the rotor chamber.
• Cold room compatible for applications requiring subambient temperatures.
• Operation can be timed from 1 to 30 min. (resettable at any time) or momentary.
• Supplied with 18-place rotor for 1.5/2.0 ml tubes. Rotor is easily removed for cleaning and autoclaving. Smaller tubes can be accommodated by adapters (sold separately).
