Sterile Primaria® Treated Labware

For growing a variety of primary cells and cell lines that attach to or grow poorly on conventional, negatively charged surfaces. These include breast, ovarian and uterine tumor cells, endothelial cells and hepatocytes. Primaria provides a unique alternative to traditional tissue culture treated surface. A permanent, stable modification of the polystyrene surface incorporates a mixture of anionic and cationic functional groups. Sterilized by gamma radiation. Culture flasks are supplied with plug seal screw caps.
