Sterile U-Bottom Plates

Tissue culture treated polystyrene U-bottom 96-well plates are designed with raised wells and inter-well spacing to reduce cross-contamination. Working volume is 0.25 ml. Total well volume is 0.32 ml. Growth area is 0.36 cm2. The low evaporation lid utilizes a labyrinth design to reduce media evaporation. Lids fit one-way with raised rings for each well that further reduces chances for contamination. Lids also have a raised stacking ridge for easy storage.
