TAQ DNA Polymerase

This thermostable DNA polymerase exhibits very high specific activity in primer extension and other molecular biology applications. Leaves an “A” overhang. Each lot has been functionally tested for maximum activity, specificity and the absence of any nuclease, nicking or self-priming activities. Processes less than 5 kb. Each kit contains TAQ DNA Polymerase, 10X Reaction buffer, and 25 mM MgCl2. Store at –20°C. Concentration: 5 units/µl. (Gene Choice®).
