Tygon® Plastic F-4040-A tubing is translucent and non-oxidizing. Has excellent aging characteristics. Flexible and easy to identify yellow color. Resistant to swelling and brittleness. Designed especially for fuel and lubricant applications. Suitable for transporting gasoline, heating oils, kerosene and glycol-based coolants. Minimum extractability safeguards fluids being handled. Not for use with strong acids or alkalies. Durometer hardness: Shore A, 57. Operating temperature -37°C to 74°C. Tubing sold in packs of 50 ft.
