Type I Safety Cans

Safety can has a spout cap controlled by a strong, non-rusting spring which ensures against leakage or evaporation. Also allows excessive gas pressure to escape and closes automatically when pressure is released. Press the open device to allow liquid to be poured from the “no spill” pouring lip. Heavy 24-gauge galvanized steel, finished in red enamel. Vapor temperature is kept below flash point due to absorption and dissipation of heat by brass flame arrestor in spout. Pour spout made of brass. Comes with detachable funnel. Funnel is self-locking and made of high density polyethylene. Length 9"". Small end I.D., 7/8"". UL Listed and Factory Mutual (FM) Approved.
