Whatman Grade GF/C Glass Fiber Filters

Standard filter for collecting suspended solids in water. Loading capacity is good, with a flow rate of 105 ml/sec. Effective retention is 1.2 µm. 250 ml/m2 water absorption. Used also for monitoring certain pollutants, e.g., Hg in water. Used to filter particulate components in sea water in marine chemistry.
