Compact, fully-integrated systems support the rapid and efficient concentration and drying of DNA/RNA samples, nucleic acids, PCR preps and synthetic oligos.
Ensures consistent drying times and reproducible results. Simple and easy to operate.
Ideal for drying down DNA/RNA precipitates in microplates or microtubes, drying down PCR samples in water/ethanol or isopropanol, or drying down oligonucleotides.
Model ISS110 is ideal for higher-volume applications, offering a built-in 4L cold trap for rapid evaporation and a sample capacity of up to 120 x 1.5/2.0 ml tubes using the optional high-capacity RH120-11 rotor. To accelerate evaporation, pre-heat the chamber, then turn the heater off prior to starting the run.
Model DNA120 concentrator offers rapid and efficient drying of small-volume DNA/RNA samples. Offers three drying rates (ambient, 43ºC and 65ºC) and includes dual digital timers for independent control of heat and run times.
Model DNA120OP safely concentrates oligonucleotides. Includes a chemically-resistant glass cover to keep solvent contained and an external post-trap that neutralizes ammonium hydroxide vapors.
Minimizes concerns associated with handling hazardous fumes and chemicals. Can concentrate radioactive samples with the optional radioactive chemical trap kit.
Dry at ambient temperatures or very low heat to ensure maximum sample protection.
All units can be equipped with a microplate rotor to support two shallow-well microplates.

Constructed of Teflon-coated aluminum (chamber), silicone rubber (chamber seal) and polypropylene (fittings). Teflon coated chamber provides excellent chemical resistance and easy-cleaning.
